This is done. I made a few edits to the minutes as delivered to fix the reStructuredText so the output HTML looked "right." I needed to remove extra whitespace at the end of some lines, fix some "bullet lists", and wrap a few lines that began with names.
For example, "S. Holden adjourned the meeting at 17:00 UTC." on one line turned into a list and was indented (because the parser thought "S." was an item id). I inserted a new line after "at" to correct that. There were a few other similar changes.
