Richard, I have granted you admin privileges for the PyCon blog. You should be able to see and modify the site template under the "Design" tab.
While you're in there, can you add the links to the other PyCon events Mike mentions below? The conferences that aren't purely Python (Django, Plone, etc.) should be included in a separate sidebar for "Related Conferences."
