If I understand correctly, the PSF wiki is a different MoinMoin instance. For example, my username is in https://wiki.python.org/moin/EditorsGroup, but I couldn't access the page Frank posted. And the process is a bit different than the public wiki. From https://wiki.python.org/psf/: "Please note that an account is required to log into this wiki.
