Is it possible to get login stats for these users? Anyone who's never made an edit and hasn't logged in within the past, say, 12 months is almost certainly inactive. I'd purge them in the interests of improving wiki performance. Any user in EditorsGroup has to either be kept (ie considered active), or removed from EditorsGroup. Otherwise, someone could create an account and instantly have editing access.
