Dear Python Wiki-Team,

my name is Fabian Brandt-Tumescheit and for full disclosure I have been one of
the main maintainers of NetworKit[1] for some years. We got the attention from
a user that NetworKit is not listed on the Python Graph Libraries page and if
this is ok, I would like to have this changed.

Following your guides this could either be done by either directly editing the
page (my account: FabianBrandtTumescheit) or if someone from the editor team
could add a reference to NetworKit. This would be the text I’d like to add:

NetworKit[2] (dist: networkit, mod: networkit) NetworKit is a general
open-source toolkit for large-scale network analysis. Its aim is to provide
tools for the analysis of large networks in the size range from thousands to
billions of edges. For this purpose, it implements efficient graph algorithms,
many of them parallel to utilize multicore architectures In this respect,
NetworKit is comparable to packages such as NetworkX, albeit with a focus on
parallelism and scalability.

Thanks in advance!
Fabian
