Hi all,

Last week version 2 of mpi4py was released. This release contains
several backwards incompatible changes.

Firstly, it is not currently possible to build h5py against this new
version of mpi4py. Users are therefore recommended to stick with 1.3.1
until a new version of h5py is released.

Secondly, the arguments for the MINLOC/MAXLOC reduction have changed in
this release. This breaks the point sampler plugin. Although the fix
is relatively simple it is not backwards compatible.

PyFR will therefore move in step with h5py. As soon as an updated
release of h5py is available and has gained some acceptance we'll bump
our requirement up to mpi4py 2.0.

Regards, Freddie.
