The default compiler is "cc" if nothing is specified in the ini file.

Before running PyFR do:

export PYFR_DEBUG_OMP_KEEP_LIBS=true

and then all of the kernels (source and shared libraries) will be
retained in your temporary directory; usually /tmp/pyfr-...-...
