Hi Robert, The crash is occurring in an MPI Waitall call. This is unlikely to be a PyFR issue. However, one thing you should try is recompiling mpi4py from scratch. This can be a bit of a pain (pip likes to cache stuff) but may solve any issues related to swapping of MPI libraries.
