[pygame] Rpg Game ?

Hi, im new to pygame, i started 2 days ago, all i could do is import a bmp and move it with the arrow keys xD
Anyways, my final accomplish is to make a very simple rpg, i have looked for tutorials but there arent many of them :/
Indeed most of tutorials shows a specific function i think, has someone seen a rpg tutorial for pygame? or, is there a better language to make rpgs?
