Not all projects use pygame. Some use PyOpenGL, Pyglet, WX etc.

Even assuming there are legitimate things on pygame.org that don't use pygame, it's probably not useful to have a tag that 99% of everything belongs to. Might make more sense to have a "non-pygame" tag instead.
