Now, Makefile and setup.py is added. I've tested compilation on my Ubuntu
Linux, it works well.
just go to the project path and type following command: "sudo ./setup.py
install"

Currently there's only a VisualStudio project available. We worked out a
set of patches for the typical python way, which did not yet make its
way into SVN. Expect it to be available soon.
