What's the reasoning behind requiring a password for this, anyway? As far as I can see, the only threat it protects against is someone else pretending to be you and giving you one of their high scores. But that benefits you, not them! To guard against people faking their own high scores, some kind of cryptographic arrangement is needed, not passwords. Even then, it's hard to see how you could prevent someone spoofing the protocol if the game is open source. -- Greg
