Before hunting for game submissions, I recommend getting a web designer
to improve your site... right now it looks like one of 1001 other
prefab online game directories.
I do mean play without installing :) As for getting a web designer, we
will see if the site starts to make more of a penny, right now it
doesn't really make anything, I just run it as a service to Indie
Developers.
Also, I don't think I mentioned this, but you are allowed to put the
Play Game Online button on your own site. However, you must leave the
image the same.
