I'm moving the pygame web services off the seul server tonight (+9
hours from now). Hopefully there won't be too much down time.

However the main reason for the move is that some people can't
access the current website since the server it is hosted on is blocked
in some countries.
Maybe Pygame is the reason the server was blocked. Imagine, open source
software. It might incite breakouts of free speech everywhere.
