[pygame] hiding duplicate project updates?

On the front "more" page, http://www.pygame.org/tags/all

There's often duplicates. Right now there's 14+ copies of "GetPath" on page
1.

If a project is updated, keep it on top, but only list the project once per
page,
( or one total across all pages? )
