I've previously dealt with hosting companies that sucked. I'm assuming
the hosting of pyglet.org is not intended to be this bad (as in you
pay some money for it).

The most effective way so far in getting them to do what they should
is using rrdtool to produce a  graph of your websites and a bunch of
others not far that looks really bad. For a tut see
