Yeah I saw that on your blog -- looks good. I'm not adding any more features to pyglet trunk at the moment, in order to get some chance of a 1.2 release; so it would have to wait (indefinitely) until a future version. I'd recommend releasing your code as a pyglet add-on library providing nicer sprite features if you're keen to share it.
