I think this is a good idea. But thinking it is a good idea is not
enough to make it happen. Somebody, maybe you, should volunteer to
manage such a site. I suspect you could find someone willing to host
it for you for free. The main problem (which occurred with the
original pyglet.org) with such a site is managing spam. That could be
croudsourced though if the interface to do so is simple enough.

I would participate in such a site, but I don't have the time or
inclination to administer, and manage such a thing. I think you really
should do it if you want it to happen.
