Well, that's discouraging.

Here's another couple to try, I managed to use a cross-compiler on
Linux to compile for win32, instead of compiling on WinXP.

a) This one does NOT have bzlib or zlib.

b) This one has bzlib and zlib STATICALLY linked (sorry about the
dynamic linking on the last ones).
