Good job. CHANGELOG would be the most readable document after release, so I've made some edits. I added prefixes for platform specific points, rephrased essential things like Python 3, 64bit support and Cocoa transition into small intro instead of bulletpoints. It would be extremely helpful mention and prefix all API changes/additions there.
