Hi guys, I have the softboy.avi video that comes w/ the bruce examples. VLC plays it just fine. When I play it in pyglet,, at the end of the video my app hits an infinite loop and locks up, spitting out the following on repeat: [mpeg4 @ 0x3bfde00] header damaged [mpeg4 @ 0x3bfe2a0] header damaged [mpeg4 @ 0x3bed0c0] header damaged [mpeg4 @ 0x3bed560] header damaged [mpeg4 @ 0x3bfc6e0] header damaged [mpeg4 @ 0x3bfcb80] header damaged
I have another video (TheMeaningOfLife.avi which also comes with bruce) that did this error at first, but when I set the player.eos_action to EOS_LOOP, it stopped. Unfortunately this particular video does not get the chance to loop before it crashes.. How can I catch these problems and just skip the frames, or restart the video, or repair the damaged headers? Maybe I could do pyglet.clock.schedule to 95% of the video length and reset the video... but that's a hack. This looks like it's the same file I'm using: http://www.puppylinux.com/test/media-test-video/softboy.avi Suggestions?
