Usually I would try to answer the following questions:
* Does the code work? Anything critical assigned to this release left?
* Is it tested well enough? Do the testers/devs have serious complaints?
* Do we have proper release notes?
* Is the documentation up to date?

Most of these should be "ok" by now. So I would say, that you should just
write the release notes and if nobody jumps in with some serious
argument within
the next 3 days after you posted the draft here, just release it. Everyone
has waited long enough and it will certainly not be the last release. So it
doesn't have to be perfect. Life goes on, so does Pyglet.
