There is a (not fully complete) list here: https://bitbucket.org/pyglet/pyglet/src/a26deb6347e9b5bb9d79035df886ccf0b64c11e7/RELEASE_NOTES?at=default I compiled it from the changesets, going back to 2009 or so. Hopefully we can keep it a bit more concise for coming releases ;-)
