I'm writting just to agree with this post. I have tryed a lot of libs, from 
Pygame to Panda3D and others I don't remeber the name anymore. Pyglet for 
me is the best of them all, I have no idea how Pygame can be the most 
popular videogames lib in the Python world when there is Pyglet (Pygame is 
good, but Pyglet is amazingly clean and pythonic). 
At the moment I am doing a software for researchers in education at my univ 
to test the memorization/percepcion of language patterns by children 
(Dyslexia included), with some animations and interaction in order to catch 
the children attention - doing it in Pyglet of course, Pyglet for the win :)
