Great idea, Rob. 

I agree that most longer technical or help discussions are better suited to 
this format, but slack/irc definitely has a place as well.
Since I've started to contribute to pyglet, I've often had simple questions 
about how the other contributors are thinking about certain modules or 
parts of the codebase, but didn't think it was worth opening a thread.
