Thanks for the info Charles! I must say this surprises me a bit. It would 
then mean that you could not create an OpenGL context with pygame, as this 
is the context they're using.

But I agree that this should not be changed by default. As stated above, it 
should find a place in the documentation as a nice thing to know in case of 
performance problems.
