The best I can do for now is go to the mouse genome build page, http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/index.html, and hover the mouse over the "View previous release of page in Archives!" link on the left side. According to that, only "e! 38" corresponds to NCBI 35. There has got to be a better way...
