Hi Namshin, I just noticed that it can be awfully slow to access the hg17_multiz17way alignment over XMLRPC, because the initial step is now getting an iterator over the sequences, in order to determine the type of one sequence. I therefore added a method to obtain the seqtype from the server directly, without all that extra data transmission. However, this will require restarting the XMLRPC server after installing the latest code. Could you please do that? You can get the latest code from the public git repository.
