I don't actually advocate switching your repository anywhere else.

I'm only suggesting  to have another 'intermediate' repository (and
github seems convenient) that we can all push to, so that you don't
have to chase down patches and pull from various people. Plus we don't
have to pull from one another either.

So there will only be one repository for you to pull from if you
wanted to get the community submitted patches, timeline, commit
history is preserved etc.
