Hi folks, starting tomorrow, I propose to work on a whole host of pygr things over the weekend:
- finish first pass seqdb review & update a bunch of stuff that we've talked about on the list; propose for integration. - work out some of the test branch problems and document the rest for discussion on the list; - review the metabase code; - work on transforming some of the docs. - do some code coverage analysis of the NLMSA/pyx code. If anyone is planning on significant changes to any of these chunks of code between Thursday afternoon and Sunday, please drop me a private note so I know to stay away, or at least coordinate ;) thanks, --titus -- C.
