The runner script I have committed as a part of portability updates uses megatest files that come from Git, however I have just checked the script installed on leelab2 and it seems Namshin still uses custom files located in /result/pygr_megatest, which fortunately are almost identical to the ones in Git (the only difference is that where Namshin's files use something like "exon_db.clear()", Git code uses "exon_db.clear_cache()"). I'll modify the script on leelab2 to use shipped megatest files as soon as I get home and check my sudo password (normally I log in to leelab2 using SSH keys). -- MS --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "pygr-dev" group.
