we have some buildbots up and running, courtesy of Justin and Alex.

A few quick notes:
- runtest.py's return value is always '0' (success). I had to fix ths.
Patch coming.
- I had to disable the BLAST tests because lyorn's blastall wasn't
working properly.
- There's some contention of some sort between simultaneous runtest.py
processes. BAD.
- python2.3 / runtest doesn't work. Looks like some sort of optparse
bug?
I will solve some of these problems today, I hope.
In other news, my talk about pygr development went OK... I mostly
focused on code coverage analysis, and you will see some of the results
of my work there filtering onto pygr-dev in the next few weeks.
