Can I suggest that we reserve the term "master" for the branch called
"master"? When referring to an entire repository, let's use another
term like the "official" Pygr repository. (if someone has a better
suggestion, please tell us!)

Thus: "official repository" vs. "master branch". Let's not confuse
these by using "master" interchangeably for both repositories and
branches -- "master" has a very specific meaning in git parlance.
