Hi all,

thanks to the hard work of first Justin Flynn and now Owen Pierce, the
buildbots are back!

Check out

        http://lyorn.idyll.org:8019/

which builds and runs pygr using 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6 on Linux, and
2.5 and 2.6 on Mac OS X.

For the moment, these are running off of Owen's github repo,

        http://github.com/opierce/pygr

A few comments:

 - we disabled the three blast tests in Owen's repo, because they were
   causing the tests to fail.

 - there's an unexplained segmentation fault (signal 11) that occurs
sporadically in the buildbots; you can see it on the 2.6 buildbot
right now. I don't know why it happens, but I've been able to
reproduce it in my own account (albeit with too low a frequency to
debug). Smells to me like memory corruption, perhaps coupled with
   the 64-bit arch of lyorn...

 - I'd like to set up two sets of buildbots: one against Chris's master
branch, and another against another github branch (probably one of
mine). That way people can 'test' their patches against the
   buildbot farm.

 - I'll ask Owen to set up a Windows buildslave.

 - we're also looking at using virtualenv to test the 'setup.py install'
component of things. We can probably hack it to test both setuptools
   and distutils versions of pygr...

cheers,
--titus
