Hey Istvan. I was able to get screed compiling on Windows, though I used the mingw32 compiler which is much more gcc-like. I was able to get all the libraries and C++ code compiling with VS, but since I didn't build my python version from source (I can't figure out how to either), I couldn't link in the required libraries to build the actual screed module. I remember though that even after cmake generated the VS project files, I had to go in and change all the screed library paths from relative to absolute form for the linker to find them correctly. Very annoying, though I think Titus told me that he knows what the problem is or something.
