Hi folks, I fixed a small typo in cnestedlist.pyx; see
http://github.com/ctb/pygr/commit/25535d7f982a577e6110faded62af949440fcd41 for fix + tests. This commit is conflated with some other commits that are part of a not-yet-completed development path (discussed below) -- Chris, is there a good way to apply just this one commit to master? I can separate it out if not & record it as a distinct branch. -- Somewhat separately, on the 'doc_alignments' branch, http://github.com/ctb/pygr/commits/doc_alignments/ I've started rewriting the 'alignments' tutorial, and making it into a doctest. You can see the Sphinxified results here, http://lyorn.idyll.org/~t/transfer/doc_alignments/tutorials/alignment.html Comments are extremely welcome! I'm doing this mostly offline (I'm travelling & away from Internet for much of the time) so I haven't necessarily got all the formatting down correctly. (Note that I intend to merge Istvan's alignments.rst changes in eventually, but right now I'm working from a clean slate.) I have a number of comments and suggestions about the blastx stuff to send out; I'll be doing that next, after I take the dog for a walk ;) --titus -- C.
