Hi folks, On branch 'annotation', I've fixed a minor error, added some tests, and introduced a 'frame' descriptor on TranslationAnnot objects:
http://github.com/ctb/pygr/commits/annotation/ I worked on this in order to familiarize myself with the mechanisms behind the BLAST translated search code. The TranslationAnnot stuff is very neat! So, the following branches are up for comment: blastx_database - allow blastx/tblastx to be run on databases blastx_generator - return blastx results via generator ctb_blast2 - allow straightforward subclassing for re-use of BlastHitParser minor_doc_fixes - some minor fixes to the docs ctb_intervals - refactoring & commenting of NLMSA add_aligned_intervals code cheers, --titus -- C.
