One (and hopefully the only) source of these failures is that in the
master, cnestedlist no longer implements the 'verbose' keyword (which
was axed during migrating cnestedlist.pyx to logger) but certain bits
of code still think they do; I wrote an e-mail about this yesterday.
Merging my 'nlmsa_no_verbose' branch should take care of this, or at
least it makes all tests pass again on Linux/amd64 with Python 2.5.
