Doh!  I forgot that the reply-to was set to the list.  Oh well, I guess
the cat's out of the bag now.  May as well make it official.

Please join me in welcoming Christoph Zwerschke to the PyGreSQL
Development Group.  Christoph has been submitting excellent patches and
I felt that it was time that "Group" included more than just myself.  I
look forward to Christoph's continued support and excellent programming
contributions.
