Thanks, D'Arcy. The issue referenced in this link seems to be not
seeing the python libraries.
That's right, but you probably need to expand that to include the Postgres
libraries as well. As the above link infers, you can test for this by
setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the path where the Postgres libraries are
located, then running Python and trying the import again.
