I think it would be sufficient to test only the diagonale of the matrix,
e.g. Py2.5/Pg8.3, Py2.6/Pg9.0, Py2.7/Pg9.2. Travis CI would be nice to
use, but they only support one fixed Pg version (currently 9.1). We also
need to test on several platforms before the release; I could test only
various Linux flavors and Windows.
