They'll probably add the links later. I've got a similar request regarding an irrelevant documentation page of an outdated project that I'm still maintaining. The translator claimed he used the software for years and wanted to make it available to the people of the former Yugoslavia. That request sounded just fishy and made absolutely no sense. Then I found some others reporting about the same scam:
