Ok, two of the three errors are subsequent faults probably caused by the decimal point not being reset after the failed test for setting the decimal point. I have now improved that tests so that the decimal point is always reset. Can you tell me the exact line where it's failing again, in the current version of the tests?
Still wonder why your outpout shows the attempt to decode '34.25\xac' since the C code should only copy digits, dots or '- signs.
Regarding the segfault, can you run with "-v" (verbose option) to see which test is the one that causes it?
