Can you check once more? I have found and fixed another possible problem regarding setting the setting of the decimal point.
Also, since the conversion from money to Decimal can cause some headache and maybe sometimes you want to keep the formatting and currency sign, I have added a new feature (with tests): If you set the decimal point to None, then money values aren't converted at all any more, but returned as strings as they come from the database.
