Would be great to move the docs to Sphinx. It's also supported by readthedocs.org - would be nice to have the docs up there. Everything can be synced with the repository and repository tags, so you can even have different versions of the docs online.
Actually I'd like to work on the docs and port them to Sphinx, but not in the next few weeks. If you can work on it earlier, I would not mind of course :)
I've just added output of bools as a feature in the trunk, as discussed earlier, so that at least we have one really new feature. Maybe I should backport it to 4.x so we can have it in 4.2? By default it's disabled, so 4.x would still be fully backward compatible.
Also, I would like to at least update the docs to reflect these recent changes and include the set_decimal_point() function - can I remove the rst files and work on the txt files? We really should not have duplicates there.
