The article is essentially correct, but not very useful.

It describes some uninteresting internals like names of C objects which have been changed in 5.x anyway. It doesn't mention the newer high-level methods and newer features. It also fails to mention some fundamental things like being based on libpq and supported operating systems, and has no link to the Pygres homepage.

So, it would be better to write a new article based on the current version, in English. Then this new article could be translated back to German. I could help with the translation, but currently don't have enough time for writing a new article, and no experience with Wikipedia and its rules for editing articles.
