My FF on FreeBSD doesn't do that.  Doesn't do it on Linux either.  Must
be a Windows thing.  Another reason not to run Windows as if I needed more.

Yes but so many sites have that I don't think that we stand out.  If it
bothers people I can get one.

No idea who got that.  We sell certs and that is not where we get them from.
