Issues that need more consideration will need to wait for version 5.3
and when I have more time.
I also mailed last year with some prototype for inserttable: support schemas,
rewrite in py, and handle adaptation.
Do we already have an issue for this? The mailing list is good for
discussions, but if something needs to be resolved, please create an
issue that wraps up the discussion. I think you can also submit patches
as attachment to issues by dropping the patch file to the comment box of
GitHub if you don't want to create a PR.
