Hi,
I have downloaded decaf+py package and extracted it, I downloaded and
extracted pygsl. When I tried to execute the below command, I get the below
error message. I have pasted the extracted pygsl directory into the decaf+py
folder. As prompted by the error message, I tried searching for the setup.py
file which I was unable to find. Please help me in executing this file
namely compute-lz-distance.py which would be of great help to me.
*C:\>python compute-lz-distance.py --fasta=seq.fa
Did you try to import pygsl in the build directory?
Well, that does not work out of the box. If you want to do that, please
use
python setup.py build_ext -i
to add the necessary extension module in the local pygsl/ directory!
