[pygtk] gnome-python in CVS

Hello,

I have just put gnome-python into the GNOME CVS tree.  It includes an
am-changes directory which holds the alterations that need to be made to
automake, in order for it to build Makefile.in's for gnome-python.

I have also created a pygtk module, which just checks out the pygtk
directory of gnome-python, which people without GNOME may like.
